Chrystal here, founder of Clean & Fit and LIfe Coach helping women find freedom from booze and toxic habits. I started Clean & Fit by going though my own journey in breaking free from binge drinking and finding God along the way. I wear many hats but my  main goal is to expose women to a healthier way of living. A life of freedom from alcohol or anything else that may be holding them back.
